Fear Of A Red Planet

Hello. My name is Joe Smiley. I am a musician and recording/live sound engineer operating in the Philadelphia area. I have been playing in bands since 1997, recording since 1999 and doing live sound since 2003.  I started Red Planet Recording, Live Sound & Rehearsal in May of 2004 with my friend and former band mate Bruce Howze (Dangerbird, Hulk Smash, Fire Down Below). This blog will be mostly about music from my personal professional and recreational view point, but may also delve into other areas of my interests.
